Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I have seen multiple Bald Eagles in the north bay. Lake Sonoma always has a couple of them

 

Such a cool lake. I’ve lived around the Bay Area for a few years now and have only just started going to that lake to fish within the last month. Definitely regret not visiting it sooner.

 

My big boat is permanently in there. I just cruise down with cold ones and keys and hop in. But I take the smaller boat out early season to check for changed obstacles

 

Drinking beer, watching the kid play video games, and looking at houses for sale online... Such a fun day after work

 

One of my coworkers has a wife from the Philippines and she's stuck over there. She works for the postal service and is the only person in their post office. the temp has now made it temp full time. Crazy how this has helped some and brought others to their knees.

I know many years ago there was a nest at the Calaveras Reservoir, don't know if it's still there.

 

My mom sent me a recipe for limoncello she's been making, and since we still have some lemons left in the tree I figured I'd give it a try. You know as they say, when life gives you lemons, make booze and get lit AF.

Instead of vodka though, I thought I'd try using the jar of moonshine that's been sitting in the cabinet. I shall call it Limonbangio.

Lame. When I see that kind of shit, I always just tell myself they are in a rush for a big reason, like a wife giving birth or something. Doesn't make it right either way, but helps keep the vein from popping out of my forehead in rage.

Nope. Definitely Bald Eagle. And it could be one of the pair I saw a couple times around Lake Chabot. Up close and personal one time.
