Depends what you want to buy,,,, Old school stuff you're most likely looking at ebay or some of the old school skateboard forums or oldschoolskates.com for vintage stuff.
New gear I'd say support your local shop, the prices are probably the same, and you might make a few friends

What exactly is mini longboard? Like a 10x30 old school shape?

Out of curiosity has anyone on this thread had scar tissue removed? I'm 23 and was a competition skater when I was younger but now I just skate for fun. I have serious amounts of scar tissue built up on my elbows and am finally developing pretty bad nerve pain from it.

 

Mostly like this cruiser boards. Well cornoa got all the shops closed. Lol

Jeff’s handplants were my favorite about him.Also growing up i never purchased any of his boards.I had a friend who rode nothing but his(Schmitt Stix,Santa Cruz).With as many cool graphics that were on his boards this graphics(Anti Hero)is a top favorite of mine.

Grosso has some great graphics. But AIW is hard to beat. One of the all time great graphics.

I had a couple Natas decks because they felt the best to me when skating launch ramp. Something about the concave and tail is just right and feels really snappy when going for big air.

Hey Ron. Hope you are doing okay during this CV-19 outbreak. How are things with Tina's job? I imagine hotels are pretty much shut down at this point.
Also, has anything come out yet indicating cause of death for Grosso? (RIP)

Hoping the best for you in all aspects as well.I’m out of work from the three previous jobs that i’d been working and Tina just this week got furloughed from her full time position at the Hilton.We’re hanging in there staying positive and strong to get through this.

As far as Grosso everything i’ve heard through Chan,Jim Gray,Bobby Puleo,my friend Jonathan from SoCal Skateshop and a few of my friends i’ve grown up with have all mentioned of it being a heart attack.Until the autopsy is completed i guess we’ll find out what is true or not.

Decided to set up one of my Blockhead Skateboards Jim Gray”Angry Man”decks.This deck was gifted to me from Jim and only 16 of the 150 were pink stained.I had told Jim in the past of being interested in a pink stain if available again as a re issue.I also was fortunate enough to have my pick and got the only one with the center being black with grey characters.

I was able to do the grip tape job with leftover’s that worked out great to match.Added a few stickers to the top as well.The Independent 159 trucks,1/4 in risers and Powerfex Wheels i disassembled from another complete.Today i received the Blockhead black rails in the mail from Blockhead Dave(Dave Bergthold/Owner)in which i just finished doing the installation.

My other “Angry Man”(Smoked Grey Color)which was personally signed from Jim for me as well as a video will stay in my collection and not set up as a complete.CHEER’S!Life is short so it’s said.
