Thay are, and theres nothing wrong with them but... you saw how my rear shock broke so i wanted a place to put a limit strap up front once i get some coilovers i care about

And with the t4r limited flares my tires rub them at full compression which usually happens when going fast so its not pleasent to hear or see the damage

Shitty/indifferent customer service is the norm these days. Anything better than that is rare and worthy of a "thank you" to that company and a shout out on the social media platform of your choice

Yeah, it's frustrating to get that treatment. I've had similar experiences with a local that people raved about.

I made several attempts to schedule and could never get them to narrow down a timeframe that they could do the work. Just kept being told they were a couple months out and every time I came back it was the same. after waiting several months I went with a different vendor who had could schedule 2 weeks out and the work done in a couple days turnaround...

anytime a TW local hears they ask. Why didn't I stay local and go with X?

I just tell them the timing didn't work out. A couple people know the details but that's about it. My word vs theirs, and plenty of people are still stoked on said place so I just let it go

Funny thing is, I found another vendor (unfortunately banned) that I had a good experience with.

Hell, I even tagged them several times in the multiple suspension threads I venture in. Talked about how great they were at taking care of me.

    Quality customer service deserves recognition.

Ouch, and being a local company too...that sucks.

What's worse is I bet you were really looking forward to getting work done there as well.

Kind of like @eon_blue and his recent timing belt job; good thing he got it done at a shop that specializes in Toyota's. I'd be looking forward to getting anything major done there as well.

I will say I have a go to for welding if needed and that's @GHOST SHIP on here; he did my sliders for me and they're perfect.

Anytime someone in CA asks about a fabricator, I throw his name out there.

I will buy stuff like that in a pinch from a parts store only if it is Intermotor. But then Intermotor at a parts store usually costs more than OEM. Just its just a matter of wanting to get OEM in an emergency knowing it will take a few days to order online.

No mention of any grease, so no you're not missing anything.

Nor did the spcs my dad got for his frontier... did they come with grease, yeah

My spcs didnt cause they have special proprietary pivoting joints in place of bushings

Im not pist or sad or going to shame them just kinda meh

It makes sense thinking about it, buy your own prefered grease so you dont mix and maybe have issues

Would have been great to know the package the ups guy left on the fucking sidewalk without the signature i specified didnt have everything needed to install

If they stated the bushings didnt come with grease so you can use your prefered grease and not have issues i wouldnt have even mentioned it

Yea I was at our local HF a few days ago and they have signs up where the gloves, masks, etc usually are saying they won't be selling them for the time being, getting donated instead
