    Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    I think $1.55 was the cheapest I ever paid for it (my parents got the first few tanks after I turned 16)

    I have a ton of taxes, but got diesel today for 2.89 which is insane cheap. Think 91 was 2.75. I don't drive anywhere now so it's been a few weeks since a fill up

    Went through 80 dollars on fuel the last two days and 400 miles with my buddy and i tuning. Im surprised i havent been stopped by the fuzz yet.

    That would be better place then post throttle body. I and many other turbos that i install are drilled into the compressor housing pre boot on the outlet of the compressor housing. You can order an elbow to connect to your wastegate. 1/8 inch npt and you got it made. I prefer this so if i have to remove the turbo it comes with it and i have a hose to bench test the spring rate. If you cant find heat resistant silicone hose, coolant line hose works as well low boost.

    Question for you gentleman-

    550cc or 650 cc inectors?

    Running 6-7 psi plan on 8-9 if this 2tr holds together with all this magic being shoved down its throat.
    I dont want to buy bunch of injectors, so i was leaning toward 650cc but with little information on these engines and the mapecu, i found that mapecu recommends no larger then 2x stock flow.
    2tr stock-269cc
    2x-538cc so 550cc would be the mapecu recommendation, any input?

    Turbo 2tr hilux, haltech elite 1500 Shortened and c notched chassis, 4link with qa1 coil overs
    My 550cc five0 injectors were at 90% duty at around 11psi, petrol obvs.
    For stock engine i personally wouldnt go much over that much boost

    Calling @MadTaco461 . Pretty sure the MAP-ECU3 doesn't like larger that 550cc unless you stop using the MAF intercept mode. Which then makes it more complicated.

    550cc is the largest you can go with primary injectors(2x). It’s about as far as you want to take the stock block anyways.

    A thing or two...
    Gas was under $1 when I started driving. The lowest was around 90-95 cents, I think.

    I paid $2.39 for 93 last weekend out here in AR.

    Stock 2TR injectors are around 315cc. FSM flow rate spec is 284-344cc, so I'd go with the 550cc to keep it at/under the 2x increase.

    Thoughts on tracking this down? I assume this may be the cause of my bank 2 ltft being 10-15% richer than bank 1... Maybe swap coils on 2 and 4 to 1 and 3 and see if the codes follow? Check the pligs while I'm in there?

    I am ready to help with the Haltech as best that I can, when you get one. Just make sure to get a quality brand of injectors. As they come with a data sheet for dead times, and properly flow matched.

    Im going through five o motorsports. I spoke with the oregon branch briefly. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They give military rate which is a plus and its a veteran owned company. They seem to be quality products

    Do you have the 5th injector setup? If so, it can supplement a lot cheaper than a standalone. Since you have the AFR module.

    The 2TR ECU loves to stay in closed loop. We battled that on my friend's. His only fueling increase was with his 5th injector, since he didn't have the AFR module.

    Haven't since... Like a month after I swapped em and I can't right off tell you when that was; probably 15k miles or so


    Just looked back and first start up on mapecu3 was with 211k and I think I'm at ~235k now and plugs went in a bit before that so 25k miles on em
