Yeah me too, any improvement will be a plus. I am more excited about it not flooding out anymore, it should run turned upside down now lol

To seal the holes in a camper it'll probably work just fine. In a boat, I'd weld it. Aluminum is hard to control, depending on the gauge, be careful if burn through.

What gauge is it and how large is the camper? I might know someone who can do it. For free....

It's this. The PO apparently had a roof rack on it. He put some silicone and tape once he took it off. I bought the torch and alumiweld today on my way to work.

Make sure you clean it really well, aluminum wants to be clean. Get a non woven stripping disk and clean both sides and the hole ID, then acetone. If that doesn't work let me know, I'll weld it up for you.

I appreciate it. From my understanding, this will work as long as it's stainless steel. I have a box of these sitting around for some reason.

Those will work as well, you want to remove any paint and oxidation. Aluminum oxidizes super fast so you want to immediately braze after cleaning each hole.

Ha ha. Found a new use for my Hi-Lift today. Two cat loads of garden soil blew out the tire on my trailer. Hi-Lift worked like a charm. Off to PepBoys and back within the hour.
