    yes.

    They sit on top of your front strut assembly and give you an extra bump in lift. Link is below. I don't have the longer studs as listed in that link though. I don't even think these came w/ longer studs originally, but didn't matter b/c I never needed them. Had plenty of thread on my bilsteins.
