Get a good understanding of macros and then just fit in what you want. Everyone is different. No one is going to have the same “caloric intake” for a specific goal or target and what works for someone else probably won’t work for you. You have to play with it and figure out what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. If you can figure that out you’ll be good to go. The internet isn’t going to give you a magical number or meal to get you ripped or stronger unless you’re like @weldertaco and switch it up every 3 days when you see a new headline in Men’s Journal

Nice, had a lengthy couple interviews today and I was asked in one of them (4 people on call) why do I want to work with them? I said, longevity, growth, new challenges, a top leader in the industry, financially strong, etc etc.. And no, I didn't say it just word for word like that, it was explanation... One of the directors responds "that's it?" Wuuuuuuuuuutttttttt

Maybe I should of told him because I like the color blue and that's their main color....

Keep in mind, I've used that same response in 25 interviews now. Every one of them have typically responded with "great answer sounds good"

    Be well :)

I had a sour at lunch. Would be a lot more exciting if I got to actually do something with my day off but locked at home...

    I totally agree.

I’m not sure whats making me go crazy more the lock down or my inability to run and hike lol.

I do miss going out for a beer.

Is anyone here allergic to adhesive?

I just developed an allergy and I’m trying to find good bandaid bandage replacements for my first aid kit in my hiking pack. Was wondering if anyone knew any good brands. I know the non-adhesive ones tend to suck.

It’s been real windy down here. Makes for not very fun riding. Hoping this weekend won’t be as windy so I can go for a scoot. I need to get passenger pegs so I can take the girl along too. Damn things are gonna run me like $300
