According to house movers that I talked to the average Lb/SqFt (floor sq ft) is 25-50 depending on the construction of the house.

This house is lightly built, I'm not sure if the interior walls are 1x4 or 2x4 but they're paneling and not drywall, the roof is tin and 2x4 framing of the roof. The beams under are 4x6.

Estimating ~20-22K lbs, plenty light enough to easily move, it'll overhang the rear of the trailer by about 5' and it's 16' wide (double the width of the trailer) but it'll be fine for a short haul.

$2K for a finished building (House) with central heating and air, perfect first “home” for my 18 year old cousin. All we have to do is move it 4 and a half miles.

You don’t need a permit if you pull it fast enough!

I don’t know if they’ll pull a permit or not, I doubt that they would. The county doesn’t enforce permits except for new construction.

There’s already a septic system installed at the destination, I assume they would use it but they may do a perk test and put in another system.

They use google maps to catch you here. County permits are about as easy as they get.

I bought a fixer upper and since I’m quarantined I have a lot of time on my hands. I have two questions I’m looking for online and can’t really find definitive answers on...

    1) Can I install my hardwood floor before painting the interior of the house? The fumes from two rooms primed/painted are pretty bad. Being that I’m stuck in the house and my county is on full lock down, I can’t really take a few days to go somewhere and let the fumes subside which has me itching to start on the floors (which are already acclimated)

I’ve read to paint before the floors due to high humidity when painting that may cause some buckling. I have a digital temp/humidity meter and have primed the house and painted the ceilings as well as painted two rooms and the meter never indicated high humidity? Has anyone ever seen newly installed hardwood floors buckling due to fresh paint?

2)How does one install a pre-hung door AFTER installing hardwood flooring?. I was planning on ripping out the old cheap pre-hung doors and installing solid pre-hung doors but with all going on I think it’s wisdom to hold off on that till all blows over and I’m comfortable with what’s in my savings.

Has anyone here used tenacity on their lawn?

I’m aerating and overseeding this week. I’m battling weeds like crazy in bare spots.

Tenacity is like $70 a bottle but I hear its magic on crab grass.

Main reason I'd want to paint first is to avoid getting paint on the new floors, especially if they are already finished. Can you open a window and let it air out?

I'd say it's very unlikely the moisture from painting would cause buckling on its own, but I'm not a flooring guy.
