Returning an AutoZone online order to the store is less than straightforward.

You have to call customer support and have them set up a return authorization... The rep I talked to today did set one up but for a different part in the order :bananadead:

Also, went to O'Reilly to get the hub/rotor combo and the guy kept trying to ask about the wagoneer I ordered for.

Him: What trim package does it have?

Me: I'm having you use a wagoneer but it's actually a custom fitment -- I have a hybrid axle that uses a Toyota differential and GM/Jeep 3/4 ton outers for hubs and bearings

    Him: what about the Wagoneer?

Me: it's imaginary just for the parts look up

    Him: what do you mean

    (Repeat 3x)

I've had non essential stuff we've ordered in the past couple weeks come in 4 - 6 days (baby toys and clothes mostly). Plus some other stuff. The 1 - 2 day Prime shipping is definitely not happening right now but it's not too bad

He's the type of dumbass that won't order a part based on what you're asking because he's too stupid to figure out the item in question.

Rather than do search based on category IE driveline, suspension, electrical, etc. he wants to use his drop down, asking engine size, trim, drive type

I found the only way to succeed in a situation like this is look up the part yourself, since you're obviously waiting for a minimum of 15mins, only to give dumbass at the computer the part number for the shit you need.

Yea you have to bring in the exact part number for them to look up. Otherwise it's a crap shoot. Especially with stuff like sensors

Well off to go buy shit.

Got a text that the county reissued another SIP until May 3rd.

It's even more specific about what one can and cannot do.
