    Have you seen my 4WD indicator project? I copied the Tundra, where 4LO is red and 4HI is amber.

    Weird they have lights for 4wd high and low especially... If you can't tell that you're in 4lo then something's wrong

    It’s just because it’s a push button transfer case. It’s mostly there to let you know if it’s engaged or not before you shift to drive

    You absolutely don't need these lights. I'm just extra.

    That's the reason why these don't exist stock, because they're unnecessary.

    Yeah I've been following yours and @mjhenks projects. I debated on doing the 4LO and 4HI but decided like @eon_blue that I don't need it. I'm extra just not that extra. I also think my ABS light takes up the spot where your 4LO light is.

    I don't have ABS nor RR DIFF LOCK, so they were free.

    If I had to do it again, I would remove the cutout in between the speedometer and the tachometer where the PRND2L indicators would be on column shift trucks. That gives you six extra indicator spots.

    Yeah that's where I got the idea. I saw it on a Tundra.

    But my icon is cooler. I used a RAV4 4WD badge.

    If the flatbed survives all this I'm making it's dash purple or something stupid. Both it's cluster needle stops have fallen out and are sitting at the bottom and it has a couple dead moths chilling inside. I also might roll it about 25K miles forward for all that time it existed without a speed sensor plugged in.

    Don't even think the 01-04 clusters have that cutout. Other than the wiper fluid low light what else even goes on the bottom right?

    That's right. 2001-2004 wouldn't have it because the column shift was discontinued in 2000.

    @04Pre_Runner

    Here is the 5-lug’s old cluster. You can see the middle where the PRND2L lights would go.
