I ran mine through that same grommet, you can either make a new hole next to the original wiring (single wire with blue disc) or run it next to that wire through same opening. In your picture, just shove a screw driver or knife through it. It helps if you tape the wiring harness around a coat hanger and put a little WD-40 on it and shove it through the hole you made. You'll then be able to pull it through nicely.

I found it nearly impossible to go through the grommet with the wires in place.

Another option, I poked an undersized hole with a screwdriver into the grommet. Leave the screwdriver in the hole with the tip pointing into the engine bay side. Tape the wire to the tip of the screwdriver and slowly pull the screwdriver into the cab until you see the wire and pull the wire into the cab.

Did anyone reinstall the interior air damns? From the vid, it looks like the light brackets would get in the way...but I could be wrong.

From another member that reinstalled the air dam.
"Have to cut them at 14 and 3/4 inches as shown in the picture. This is a must to clear the portion of the bracket that angles in and goes down to the crash bar. Slides in super easy. Then use the bolt and nut just like you would if you threw the dams away. The hole the bolt goes in is the same hole that held the plastic rivet you removed."

I still need to try this and reinstall it as well. It's not possible without trimming it down.
