Food Smokers and Smoking Tips/Tricks/Techniques

As long as I can get something to smoke. The SIP goes in effect this evening and the idiots are already cleaning the stores out of everything again. Ground beef has already jumped from $6 to $11 a pack because these assholes can’t buy in moderation.

 

Might be interested, I’ve still been lucky enough to be working my normal schedule, but not sure how much longer that’s gonna last. Stores have been pretty bare around here too, but if it’s something I have or can get I’ll never say no to have an excuse to fire up the smoker lol

Weekends are still a little nutty around here but if I go out mid week at like 2 in the afternoon, full shelves and no people.

its goodfor jerky and fish, works ok for brisket but not quite the same as charcoal. But id get it for $50

interested but ill have to pass.,no smoker...or no place to smoke. But everyone else should do it!

Hmm I think I'll pass on the master bilt then. Maybe once we know if we're moving or not I'll find a pellet smoker instead. Or just get better with my barrel grill. That's an option too.

 

No boil mac & cheese just went on. Using @Cold Iron ’s recipe. The little woman doesn’t want “pork drippings” in her mac and cheese so the pork butt is finishing up underneath. Boooo.

Next up: core out some peppers and mushrooms for smoked stuffed peppers and mushrooms.
