Probably because people who run 37s actually wheel their rig.

Dude! These will be my next set of tires! I saw a SAS'd 1st gen over here with those tires and they hooked awesome on some slick, steep, hillclimbs.

Except for that fucking roof!! Which I sanded and spray painted recently :D
I'm sure some are using them for show still. I def like the way my truck drives and handles with about 1" of lift versus 3" or lift but fuck my belly clearance sucks balls comparitively, especially at the IFS skid. Those 2" of static ride height make a huge difference.

I was wondering how much that would affect in the real world. I was thinking of dropping my front end down.

He's running take offs from Hummvee wheels and tires double bead locks. HEAVVVVVYYYYYYYYY AF is an understatement. Think they are 16.5" wheels I know a company took and converted the wheels to the yota lug pattern.

Buddy of mine has them in 40s and it took them forever to soften up, he also has the Bias ones. Never understood why they took so long to do so. His rig is not light at all either. Really good tire though definitely aggressive and bites well.
