    I have a Weston Pro which also makes or made one of the Cabela ones.

    Food saver brand bags and rolls don't hold seals if you reheat using boiling water or that is the rumor on the street. I use Weston bags have for years and seldom have any issues with them. I throw pulled pork in them straight into boiling water then simmer for ~20 minutes and it is as good as the day it came off the smoker.

    Found that I use the 8x12 bags the most and go through 100 pack once a year or so. Occasionally use the 11x16 and the rolls for things like a rack of ribs.

    Of course I see the hoarders are scarfing bags up on Amazon too and they are out of stock. But Walton's still has them in stock. I like Walton's.

    If by immerssion cooker you mean Sous Vide I tried that a few years back. Not a fan. Have no idea why the hype.
