I'm not a big fan of black wheels. These wheels were originally powder coated black that was scratched and chipped. Finished polishing the last one tonight. Thinking about painting the holes. But haven't decided yet or color. Ring is just rattle canned carbon mist. They'll be powder coated when I decide on color.

great job on the polish! I think black circles would look good. Are you gonna powder coat them clear to seal the polish?

Clear powder coating on polished aluminum is hit or miss on it sticking and not peeling after awhile.

he hasn’t been on since 2015, but FWIW, I used an RS3200 from an 03-04 model that @BlackPearl sold to me. He sent me the RS3200 computer, wiring harness, and buzzer from under the hood. All I had to buy on top of that was the key fob off of Amazon. It was all plug n play and I love it. Definitely one of the best mods I’ve done to the truck.

I’ll have to look into that. A buddy of mine suggested using compustar.

This would be for my 3rd gen. I see now that I’m on a first gen thread. Rookie mistake lol.
