The older I get, the harder it is to stay in shape. So as soon as the weather breaks, I try to ramp up.

And thanks.... been busy with a new job. Started on March 10th, told I was working from home March 13th.

 

How's the new job and working from home?

Home now. Nap... cook something. Watch something. Maybe clean my closet...standby shift tonight.

 

Honestly, it sux. In my previous life, I could pretty much work from home whenever I wanted. So, I would take advantage of it to concept a new automation cell, check designs, etc... Now, I really don't have any projects assigned....just working on new concepts for next generation equipment. Grateful as hell I'm still working.

That's a pretty cool mask. I don't understand the controversy about the type right now. I think most folks are smart enough to know they're not equivalent protection to one a healthcare worker would use, but anything is better than nothing even if it only serves as a reminder to not touch your face.

Drinking coffee for a few watching the local news followed by whatever is on sling or YouTube for a while, maybe while on the elliptical. Finish up packing a few boxes we started yesterday and filling up the garbage can with who knows what because it's garbage day tomorrow. Maybe crawling into the hot tub later if it's not still crazy windy (it's raining all day).

I like to use cinnamon raisin bagels for sandwiches when we have them. Turkey, cheddar and some mustard....yumm.

Lol it's not but you may not like my answer because it's an Asian ingredient It's something called gochujang which is a Korean chili paste. It's not impossible to find and adds amazing flavor. You could probably make similar taste using a little soy with paprika and cayenne.

Diced up spam (wait till it's got a little crisp before moving forward)
Peas
Corn
Diced cabbage
Add seasoning here - salt(very light), black pepper, garlic paste, gochujang and a little water. (Wait until the cabbage is cooked and wilted)
Toss in leftover rice and stir and adjust seasoning from here. Usually more pepper and possibly more spice. We use a very spicy paste so if we add more heat it's typically sauces on top and probably not more inside.

 

Some grocery shopping done, not bad got poop paper and paper towels. Not much but got some. Stores starting to look normal.

 

My first thought, "why is he wearing a pair of avengers chones around town?"
