Started these 2 at around 1:45 or so.
One is the old fashioned rendezvous rub and the other one is the basic Rec Tec rub that I haven't used yet. Put a base layer of goya adobo seasoning and final sprinkle of badia honey granules.

I usually do 2:1 Honey to Sriracha without the bourbon for wings and nuggets.. interested how this goes with pork and how much it caramelizes in the end!

Left rack is Sriracha with the glaze applied

Middle rack is combo pitfaced rub rack

Right rack is old school trigg style.

Used the foil juice from right rack to brush middle and right rack.

Sriracha rack and middle rack were wrapped in butcher paper with nothing added. Just slowing smoke due to the bad smoke fire issue earlier ... Playing it safe .

Will pull and final glaze soon!

Great job on the Casualty Control! And this is why we have Alpha, Bravo and Charlie :D

Have a rack of baby backs I was going to smoke today but work called. Can't ignore them of course especially right now and spent 3 hours taking care of the issue. They don't call me unless they have to, hard to complain about that. The best by date on the package is today hopefully still be good tomorrow when I open the package.

Glad to see so many great cooks being done on here today finally

I haven't had more than 20 gr. of carbs a day for almost 3 months now :pout:But there is always carb cycling, think I've earned it and know what I want...

I used 4 cups of heavy cream and 1 cup of milk. Think I’ll go all heavy cream next time.

    Turned out awesome. Thanks!

Happy to do it. Helps keep me a little distracted, too, which helps my sanity. ;)

Feel free to discuss all you want in the other thread, too. It's open to all sorts of shenanigans. :D

These hit the exact spot I was aiming for. Tacky but not wet. Great sweetness upfront that turns to a good spicy kick. Wife said too spicy, but I didn't get a nice cool sweat til after three bones in. The whiskey had a small presence on the back end. Just a little high proof burn. Probably just my imagination or the sriracha

Won't be for everyone but if you're looking for a little kick in the rib game during these times, give em a shot!

    Cheers Y'all
