Spiders are cool as long as they aren’t up in my personal space.

    My personal space is 100ft.

Not at the same time, but, yes.

Trouser trout are great, but most of what I catch are rainbow trout (Not like PackCon) with some brown trout thrown in on occasion.

gotta know how to hold them to make them look big - preferably without holding your arms out toward the camera.

My biggest trout on the fly rod was 24”(bottom pic in my last post). I’d love to go to alaska and fly fish for salmon. I was supposed to be in Arkansas April 1-6 fishing. But noooo. This stupid virus fucked that up.

Wasn’t Thor’s deadlift record attempt put in motion before any of this started? I thought he was going to break it at The Arnold

He was going to attempt it at a WUS competition in the summer but that show got cancelled. Elephant bar at The Arnold technically wouldn't count so he didn't do it there.

He will have a suit and standard bar for this attempt, just like Eddie Hall.

Instead of breaking records, me personally (I mean I ain't gonna break no record) but I came off a ton of drugs. Letting the body recover. It's nice.

Did a 15 minute cardio workout last night Via beach body on demand and I just got back from a walk/jog with the dogs, only went a mile because of how warm the asphalt was, I didn’t want to damage the pups paws.

I’ve been walking quite a bit lately. I do 45 mins in the AM with my pack at an incline. Try to get my HR up to 130-140.
I’m still walking at lunch. Get 12,000-15,000 steps a day.

My knee is getting a bit sore so took a rest day to be safe. So I’m feelin like:

I’ll be excited to get up tomorrow and workout.

So my current home set up has 15-25-45 lb KB sets and some bands with 10-120lb resistance. I can get a pretty good back pump with a lot of rows and I also have my concept rower so I’ve been doing that as well. But I cannot get a chest pump to save my life. Shoulders are meh but I am just watching my chest revert into @Supra TT status and it’s really the worst part of this whole quarantine shut down :pout:

Tomorrow is chest day again and I’m going to do my best to get my pecs popping. It’s also a BIG cheat day. We close on our new house at 2:30 so I plan on celebrating. The downside is even though we are closing we have 2+ weeks of renovations planned so we won’t actually move until April 24th (at the earliest). Which means we are stuck at my in-laws that much longer. Meanwhile @tacopaulo is still getting good use out of all my equipment at his house but I’m coming for it soon :cookiemonster:
