Worked on mounting my Yakima bicycle racks today. Got one installed. Had to modify the clamping mechanism to get it to fit around the thick cross bars. Also, decided to illuminate them just in case I'm loading or unloading at night.

Damn, that's a ProMod wing...lol. Travel Lite makes light weight campers. Take a look at those for towing with less drag. I know all about those European folks. I worked in Germany for 6 years, and Italy for 8 years. Y'all know how to vacation. Lol

No idea but when I was doing tires, Pirelli had a tread wear rating of like 500 miles. Traction was great but the tire lasted about 3 weeks and cost more than the car...lmao.

i've just installed this, it's like a switch that controls the steps manually, I believe it will keep the steps retracted or deployed for 30 minutes then revert back to auto mode. In auto mode the steps works independently from each other depending on which door side is opened. But this manual switch will control both sides simultaneously. I used the switch to deploy steps for cleaning today.

if parked close to a high curb you could manually keep the steps retracted to keep it from damage. Its a niffty set of steps to go to a mall, if I had a crawler and crawled hard or often, idk, the higher the lift the safer it be from possible major dents, lol

That’s not the way a lift works. It just makes you attempt bigger obstacles!

I’d highly recommend towing a 997 TT! Especially a cabriolet!

I’ve been running them since last summer. (Full disclosure, I don’t put a lot of miles on my truck though).
What do you want to know?

Or you could do like what we’re doing. Taking this bad boy around the world starting May 15th, er June, July, etc whenever the world opens up again. We’ve have one pop-up and about 6’ of living space for my wife and I for the next 3 to 5 years.

You’ll have to cut the air dams to get them to work with the brackets. I have pics of where I cut mine, but my f***ing iPad won’t let me attach them. If you need more info, let me know, and I’ll get them from my laptop.

Ouch! But this is the last year of the famed Metzger motor with the manual. They keep making them bigger and with more nanny features What’s the price of a adrenaline rush from just walking by it and a Pooh-eating grin when driving it... With the Kung flu around we have to live and smile a little

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Nice. But I'm not vertically challenged enough for that car.
