    Live in Kitsap, looking to make a rear bumper and bed rack without breaking the bank, but unfortunately I have absolutely zero experience with welding.

    Are there any recommended shops for custom work in the area, or anyone willing to help me stumble my way through this?

    After this covid thing settles down take your drawing to Olympic college, they used to have a welding class there. You would just pay for materials.
