I recommended a 4runner. You know, so it lasts longer than a few years. Her Cherokee is good for now. Probably a year or 2 before she gets a new car..

 

I'd recommend the 4runner, even if it has less bells and whistles, due to reliability.

But the JL's have been plenty reliable with the exception of 2 that had rear end issues.

One, the rear locker didn't work....something about the electronic actuator. Believe it or not, when you warranty anything on that rear end such as the locker, you replace the entire rear end with a new one.

I was shocked when I saw that happen.

And if she does go with an extended service contract, let me know. I can activate one even from across the state and offer it to you at cost.

Just an option.

I hate that god damn 3.6 they shove in those. We get them traded in all the time for engine problems

 

The 2.4 is an oil consuming machine like no other.

The 3.6 don't have issues here, unless it's an early 2012 or a 2011 variant.

They had an issue with the heads and FCA extended the powertrain warranty on those.

 

Finally downloaded COD MW completely.

Purchased it too, I'm way better on this on PC lol
