Sunny south Mississippi, very little shade on the roads and it’s a sunny 86*.
This is where the dogs chilled out after getting water when we got home.

We had grand plans to renovate the master bath and kitchen (just new countertops) but we can’t wait any longer to get out of my in-laws place and we are cutting it too close with the baby due date. So for now, we are just having the hardwoods refinished and the interior fully repainted. Things that would require us moving the furniture again.

Ran 7 mi today. Felt slow and painful, but ended up doing 10:45/mi, which though slow wasn't as bad as it felt.

Really need to learn to pace myself. I walked some cuz shins hurt real bad.

I had my first prepped meal in a long time for dinner tonight, chicken, bacon, broccoli, some herbs, and rice topped with a little bit of BBQ sauce.

Telemed appt with the surgeon today.

He has cleared me to squat to parallel with a minor amount of weight.
Some box steps with minor weight as well and extension movements when I get access to machines.

    Still no running...
but I’m free to jack the incline up on the TM to my hearts desire.

Is it possible? idk. im bored and imagining shit like this. if I get bored enough I will draw a pic but its something like this but you lay behind hte car:

    Like, so many.
I made a sled out of a wood pallet loaded with cinder blocks and a climbing rope. I'm using it for seated rows.

fortunately my gym is still open and I will be doing back squats, benchpress, chin ups, bis/tris, and calves. If i feel like it at the end I will do a 1min wall lean in handstand position.

Technically it counts in strongman... But fugly.

Also I don't believe thats 305kg as he stated... That's the oddest plate stack I've ever seen that equates to 671lbs, KG plates or not lol But mainly because he seems like an ego lifter chasing numbers for likes. Another reason I don't post weight amounts.

Edit: I have never seen 50kg bumper plates as the inside ones would have to be.

I got TWO hanging chin ups today!!!! It was right at the start of my workout, no fatigue then. I was fresh, and I GOT TWO! yeah! I took a video but idk how to upload it.

See attached for pics of my outdoor (clarified bc theres an indoor gym with a 5 stack cable machine, treadmills, ellipticals, and some other random stuff but I spend my time in the outdoor one) gym:
