I didn’t get any installation instructions for the low profile bumper. The overland sliders I got are different from the ones they installed in the video on their YouTube page, but I think I can figure those out.

I called and left a message, and a message on their site. But in the meantime I’d figure I’d see if anyone here already has the directions. Thanks

They're probably shut down. I don't know how essential they are.

Maybe. Was hoping someone already had the install instructions. I don’t know what the extra brackets are for, or where to cut exactly

    We are essential as hell!

You can use the slider install video less the extra clamps that the HD sliders come with.

As for the slimline bumper, unfortunately we do not have instructions. We've yet to install one in the shop to make the instructions. Let me try to explain it here.

Follow the PDF attachment on how to remove the bumper cover and crash bar. Stop at Step 10.

Put the bumper cover on something that is not going to scratch it facing upward so you are looking at the face. Where the black lower lip is on the front bumper (see attachment), trace the perimeter with a sharpie. Flip the bumper over so you are looking at the inside and remove that lip. Then the sharpie line is the cut line. Once cut, apply the edge trim that comes with the bumper and reverse the steps to put the bumper cover back on. Install your winch and/or light bar in the slimline bumper and then put the bumper up in place so that the studs on the front of the truck are through the slots. Loosely secure the nuts to hold the bumper on.

Then referencing this Youtube video of our front bumper install, go to the 19:15 mark to see how to install the side straps.

Final step is to install the frame reinforcements on the underside of the chassis. The go between the chassis and front sway bar bushings. Drop the front sway bar, put the brackets in place and through bolt the front of the reinforcements into the the slimline bumper using the supplied 3/8-16 x 4-1/2" long bolt, washers and nuts. See picture for a better explanation.

Go through and tighten any and all hardware and hook up the winch and light bar.

So am I just following the natural lip on the bumper cover and cutting that off? Or are you saying trace the black part, take it off, and cut that sharpie line. I’m still kind of confused. I also didn’t get any edge trim or power steering relocation stuff. Does this bumper need it?

Cut that off. The edge trim is not essential, just cleans it up. The relocate brackets you do need. Email me and I’ll mail them.

If you still need help, I can photo my bumper for you tomorrow (same bumper). I followed the instructions I found on YouTube for their normal size bumper for the install to begin, and then where to cut on the vehicle is pretty clear when you dry fit the bumper. Let me know if you'd like the pics!

Sure. I just want to make sure I understand where to cut. Pictures help vs reading it. What winch did you use? I went with a Warn M8000. We’ll see if I have to remote locate the control box.

Will get pics for you in about a couple hours from now.
I basically cut the bumper on the preexisting line that is on the plastic. You'll see that I wish I had left almost 1/4" more than I did as there is a slight gap between bumper and plastic.
I don't use a winch and probably never will, I don't wheel too often. I just liked the look of the Mobtown and the option to add a winch if I ever want to.

I see what you mean. I’ll trace the black bumper guard thing and cut that out.

Got the bumper and M8000 installed. It’s easier to just trace the black piece, rip it off, make the cut, remove the crash bar, and install the bumper. That’s all I did. No need to remove the front clip. The M8000 fits with zero modifications. @Mobtown Offroad

That's exactly how I did it. Pretty easy one man job.
