Do you have any idea how I connect the plug to the actual radio? I'd like to move the radio out of the cubby hole and hide it.

 

I just ordered that plug

 

Should just be a cat 6 cable with an RJ45 on both ends. Like the Ethernet cable you use on your internet router.

Just trying to stay away from people and the ‘Rona. Working from the kitchen table this week while the other half of the shift rotates back into the office.

How’s it out there?

 

Preferably shielded, I think.

 

Your home office sounds super ergonomic.

 

My wife has a proper office setup in the spare bedroom upstairs that she WFH year round. but it’s too close to the kid’s bedrooms to use overnight. I was thinking of setting up in the basement with a folding table but it’s only 1/2 finished and the furnace is loud. This is manageable except for the really hard wood chairs.

 

slow. Struggling tonight. Worked a road job in the sun earlier, and I’ve got two half day road gigs after my shifts the next two days. It’ll be worth it come pay day though.

I have it in my head that i want to pay some stuff off before the kiddo gets here. At the same time I also want to buy a nice DSLR camera too. So I figure if I just work and don’t sleep for three days, I’ll be able to do both hopefully
