Our county has 68 cases, 24 in my town and a total of 2 deaths in our county.

Just for the record, some of us are more sensitive to this pandemic than others. I'm not here to beat you or anything like that. I'm only commenting because everyone takes these things differently and in this day and age we all have to be aware of that. I know @Kanyon71 has been 3D printing masks for his local community on his own dime and maybe the comment about selling masks that were given to a person rubbed him the wrong way. I could be totally wrong about all of this too. As a First Responder, I put my life at risk every time I go on a call and to me.. every human is a threat right now. Let's all agree to do our part in getting through this.

Sorry yes I did take it a little sensitive since were having such a hard time finding filter material. We can make 6 filters for our masks out of a single N95. We have spent over a thousand dollars just on materials for these masks since starting this. This doesn’t include all the hours and wear and tear it’s putting on my printer which was also expensive. My guess is when this is all done I’m going to spend another $300 or so buying new nozzles, and bed plates for my printer to refurbish it. To be honest if I had the money right now I would happily order two more printers and run them 24x7 to support these people who are putting their lives on the line. Sorry I was so touchy about it.

 

Hopefully he can avoid the police this time.

 

I changed my rotors and pads at my Apt, parking lot. Got a few looks but no issues. I hate squeaky brakes, i just replaced the pads before we moved but not the rotors and one pad was sticking. So it was glazing the pads and smelled like burned brakes

 

Sucks.

 

Do they normally have a problem with you working on your vehicle?
