My tig welding needs more practice. Had to join a 1/16” thick funnel to a piece of 3/8” plate, figured this would be easier.

 

And a fresh 44 lb spool in the mig.

 

You can drill a lot of holes with a good brand hole saw.

Like Craig said, plasma table would be easiest. That's pretty simple work for a plasma table, it might be cheaper than you think.

5.2 cents peer linear inch. Each hole is close to 3". How many holes all together?

 

Sounds like we all need to know how many holes need to be drilled. Once we know that we can give our best input.

 

Welded an extension on a perfectly good end mill. Had to counterbore some holes I couldn’t reach.

 

Did you need to face the weld to kinda keep it in balance ?

I can see it shaking the whole Machine.

Brazed quite a few extensions like that long ago

 

Got full face from welding inside confine space tanks, going to go to Walmart wearing it

 

Made a few hi lift rock slider adapters while it’s raining here

 

Bored AF, what should I fab with this? 32X36 in 15ga.

Any idea how to bend sheet metal without a brake?

 

screw a piece of 2x4 down over the line that you want to bend on top of your work bench and press down

perfect!

 

Stitch cut it.

3" cut, 3" no cut, 3" cut, rinse, repeat. You will have a perfect bend.

Weld the cuts after the bend.
