    There are some interesting articles I've read discussing the effectiveness of them, mainly trapping the larger particles the virus attaches itself to such as saliva or mucus being coughed up or even just breathed out by someone who is infected. The glove part works, but if you go around touching literally everything and then touch your own face and things in your house, it kind of defeats the purpose.
