Yeah, thats what Im seeing from what people are saying on the forums. Maybe Christmas lights would work better. At least you can replace the bulbs...but that would look white trash IMO.

I've seen probably a half dozen locally, usually on F150's. They're not appreciably brighter in their brake/turn signal function versus them being on as a regular tail light. And during the day, the sun overpowers them too.

I got the cheap one from Walmart. Had to trim the plastic lip off it because every time I put the tailgate down, it would hit them. It was cheap and I cut into the housing so some water has gotten in there and sometimes it works. Might rip it out soon. The fire and ice ones seem solid but expensive.

I followed a car the other day and that was the ONLY lights on the back of the car. The tail lights were blacked out and didn't look like they were working, no third brake light, no turn signals :annoyed:  would have liked them better if there had been other lites to go along with it.

My cousin has the one from LEDGLOW and it is pretty sweet, and my friend has the same one. I would post pics but they both have chevys. Personally I think they look pretty cool, I might get one when I have more money.

You should get the wing to go with these lights! If you are gonna make it look gay, might as well flame it out.
