The fourth smokestack also isn't supposed to have smoke coming out of it. It was for show. It wasn't connected to the boilers, it only served as ventilations for various machinery and the smoking lounge.

The smartphone emergency alert system always gets me off gaurd. My iPhone plays the tone at full volume, despite your phone being on silent.

I remember distinctly sitting in a 300 person lecture hall, getting an amber alert, and listening to the symphony of alert tones going off. Including the professor's phone.
