It'll probably pass, but it's just a Resolution URGING other county heath officials around the Bay Area to intrude on the civil rights of their residents.

 

All it is is a resolution. They're suggesting that given the current state (and the California Constitution which grants health officials a pretty wide latitude of power) to suspend gun sales. I doubt they would be stupid enough to do that.

 

I just love the blame they throw at the NRA. No one is panic buying because the NRA especially when California is supposedly “liberal”. None of the liberals are panicking buying due to the NRA and the conservatives in the state don’t need to. So dumb but I’ll stop here before it gets political.

 

So let me throw this out. A guy buys a hand gun and yes took the test or if its really that. A wild fire comes through and wipes it all out. Now in trying to buy an other the state has him held up as well as the federal government due to the illness. so now a person trying to replace what was legal and lost now gets screwed because of a few new laws and the illness that person is completely shut down from the purchase of the replacement firearms.
Just sayin, its really happening where I'm at. And we are a very low rate here. Idk just be lucky if you have what you have.
