You need to stretch as soon as you get out of the shower, while the back muscles are still hot.
Another thing to try is a damp towel nuked how as you can stand it. Lay it on your back for a while, then get up and stretch.

 

Tens is only effective if it's musculature, it's a placebo outside of that. Tens and chiropractor didn't work my spine stuff, so you need to keep trying things and hope for the best. Pain therapy is 10%hit and 90% miss.

 

Tens thing was temporary for me. It helped for a couple hours but back to pain after that

 

For me the tens did nothing and a chiropractor gave me 48 hours, tops, and then in both cases worse pain.

 

Tens helps me for hours or sometimes days. Depending on the problem though it doesn’t help everyone. I’ve considered acupuncture but haven’t tried it.

 

That’s not true (placebo part) but ok it’s not going to take the pain away but it gets the blood flowing and the muscles loosened up.

 

I have an IFS/tens unit. I usually use the IFS though, unless I want to zap both my quads at the same time. It’s more of a recovery aide than a solution or a fix to your problem.

 

No idea what y'all are talking about so I'll just keep stretching
