I wipe everything down too even though I haven't read that anywhere. Can't be too careful I guess.

We could do this over at Wal*Mart but we refuse to get close to that place right now. I also think my Wife might have just wanted to get away from me for a min :anonymous:

The only recommendation I can make for you that you may already know is swap out your main hardware for stainless. I'm gonna half to look into the predator now, can't help myself.

Also all the purple minus the body have been powdered on.

I found some cool ones on Facebook someones making that I'm on a waiting list for. Whether or not they'd help I dunno but I could wear them over the correct mask I guess. I'll grab a pic...

My closest Wal*Mart is in the thug part of town. I might have to pop a cap in somebody right now with all the tempers and feelings floating around.

Was thinking about it but hadn’t ordered hardware yet. You are right though much easier to do now while it’s broken down.

Ya we were talking about powder coating a bunch of stuff. Hopefully our oven is complete this weekend. Electrician friend wired it to the panel today. Now I just have to wire the lights, fan and elements and it’s complete.

Ya the powder coating can get out of hand quickly, have a buddy that does it. He did his cart all up with two different colors then used a clear on top of them both, came put pretty cool.

@Kanyon71 why aren’t you making these style shields? Is there a specific need for the ones you’re making? I hadn’t even seen the style you’re printing until you posted. Also how do they work? Do they cover the 4 squares with cloth or something?

The stuff I showed is a breathing mask. The 4square is removable and gets a filter over it then pushes into the mask to secure it.

We are printing a face shield also but I’m waiting for the polycarbonate to arrive so I can cut it with the laser.

Masks are a higher need and we only have the 2 printers. I would get another but they aren’t cheap so I have to run face shields between mask jobs.
