Just finished the dash trim. Its plastidip. Completely removable. Thoughts? I think it looks pretty good. It isn't perfect but nothing I attempt ever seems to be. Lol

I got in it, cranked it, went to CVS to get an Easter card for the wife, went to Taco Bell drive thru to pick up my lunch and stopped by the ATM on the way home.

You risked your life for an Easter card. How sweet.

    That's a 2020 SR/SR5 grill. The SR has a black bezel, the SR5 has a chrome bezel.

    Here's a 2020 SR grill painted to color match my 2019 SR5.

Thanks. Any idea if the 2020 SR grill will work on a 2018 TRD Sport? Appreciate it

Yes, it'll work fine. The 2020 grill/bezel fits the earlier gen 3 trucks, but must be swapped as a set.

Raammat and closed cell foam on the roof. What a pain in the ass. Just finished it yesterday. Also put foam on the backside of the rear interior panels. Doors and rear wall are already done, so just the floor and firewall left to do.

I Broke my plastic oil filter cap after attempting to get it off so to speak. Attempted again w 300 ft/lb impact wrench. Broke a hole in the front of it. Dang. Towed it to a dealer, told dealer "UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TRY TO START THE ENGINE, IT WILL BLOW OIL AT 40PLUS PSI ALL OVER THE PLACE"

    You know what happened next...

It is possible that it was the safest option. I’ve been in relationships before where not having a card is far more dangerous than any virus.

So the tech, started it, blew about a quart on the parking spot, drove it OUT OF THE PARKING LOT TO VERIFY THE LEAK (F F S) got an oil light 100 yards out of the parking lot and returned, DROVE IT IN THE PRISTINE BAY went 50 yards inside when the shop foreman had him shut it down in a screaming fit.

When they pulled the plug to drain the 0w20, they got a whoppin 2qts.

On the plus side they installed my metal filter cap for me...

    LAST DEALER SERVICE EVER.
