I went with the ranch fusion topper with the HD roof option to support the RTT as well as windoors and roof tracks to mount my prinsu rack on. Paid like $2600 out the door. Absolutely love it. 9004A38B-8982-4064-B31A-2AE82D9768CE.jpg

Not sure if you're still switching to the RLD.....would that mean this Leer is possibly for sale?

I had an ARE Z series on my 2011 Tacoma that I was pretty happy with but may go with something else for the 2020. I'll consider a Leer or Century too.

I didn’t want spend a ton on a harshell canopy so I found a white ARE CX (?) for around 1k. It was a couple hours away. After a couple months I had some money saved and got it color matched for $525. I love it and so does my dog!

Got a ARE Cx cap on mine. Carpeted with automatic lights. Also has a tool box (pic) on the drivers side. At first I thought id never use it, but now I love it. It comes in handy for muddy boots, gas cans, and tools etc.

A38B5917-BDEB-4A98-836D-1FAF48ADF874.jpg Snugtop for me....form follows function. I haul hay every couple of weeks, I couldn’t imagine trying to vacuum out the mess from a carpeted SUV. IMO the truck looks good and functional...nothing stupid about this look!

I went with a snugtop as well. The integrated gasket makes taking it on and off simple. The rear hinges are easily replaceable, in comparison to my old leer having piano hinges (when they broke it was essentially junked). Plus the place I bought it had a bunch of of shells cut so I could see a cross section of how they're constructed, and the Snugtop seemed strongest. It cost a couple hundred more though as compared to ARE or Leer, but I am happy

I went with the ARE MX on my long bed. I used it for a little over two years. Switched it out for a Four Wheel Camper Project M a couple months ago.

Selling the MX if anyone is interested. Includes custom roof rack and electrical with 50watt solar panel. If reds not your color, consider spray on bed liner. PM me. It’s in the forsale section.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    I think that’s an MX

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
Ive had ARE on all my trucks since 2001. The MX with raised section leaves a short flat roof. I mount bike and single person kayaks up there. But, if you plan on carrying long loads a lot I’d recommend a cab high topper.
