    Does this have a proving time or just bake as is? Beer has yeast so I thought it might rise a bit but that isnt in the instructions...

    So I just looked up another recipe for this. The ingredients were a little different but about the same. It actually said that there was no proving time at all and to mix, put into a greased pan, and bake right away.

    Whole Foods = zero yeast

    I have a couple kinds now.........champagne yeast and a jar my neighbor gave us. Never going to run out again. Lesson learned.

    either a bread shortage in their area or maybe someone picking up a hobby? i know the first couple weeks we had almost NO bread at some of our stores each time i went in and looked and had to buy the garbage kind that tasted funky.
