It had a little run out in it but it wasn’t bad, customer was in a rush for this job. As long as it worked he didn’t care if it was in tolerance. Had it turned down to 500 rpm too.

I got this stuff a couple weeks ago called 'Ramboard' it's for protecting floors and that jazz but also works great for this, better than the thick boxing cardboard cus it's easier to cut. Thin cereal box cardboard is another good one for small stuff

Since I'm at it and can't grind/cut until rain stops (just don't wanna mess the garage more than it already is).

do you have any air tools that you use on a semi regular basis? If so, you can make one of these with that 15 gauge if you’re bored and want something else to make

I use to make those in Georgia. There are only a few HYD pump gear cutters left in the States. All the hog machines are gone. All one piece. It's probably why they sent them out to get repaired.

I figured out what my quarantine project is going be. Going to hack away at this old Pelfrey bumper and make a high clearance tube type instead. That will keep me very occupied. I want it to be a very minimalistic design. (Not sure if minimalistic is a real word lol)

Hey, I don't know if you noticed, but some of your truck appears to be missing!

But seriously, what are you doing there?
