Man those guys are really bad at connecting punches. Like, really bad. I don't think I saw one person make contact. And did that one guy move his hands super fast and then blow a kiss at the other guy? Was that the "death" blow? That decided the fight? Seems like he could have just started the battle with that and avoided all the dancing stuff.

To MESO's point, it's all about smiles per gallon. Judging by all the fade this kid's receiving, he's got the most smg out of anyone in this thread.

What's fade? Is that some kind of new drug the kids are into? Being on the pot wasn't doing it any more?

This guy’s relationship situation would have been acceptable in the late 1950s...

My Grandma had four kids (my dad was the 2nd, born in 1960) by the time she was 23 years old; I’m 99% sure she married when she was still a teenager, because she had her first kid when was 20! Since this thread is about vehicles, I’d also like to point out that my grandma didn’t get her driver’s license until she was 25; She actually got driving lessons through Sears as a birthday present (Is there anything Sears didn’t sell back in the day?).

I think this guy’s truck was a total waste of money. I can proudly say that my most expensive modification to my truck is the stereo system (including the backup camera), and I have less than a grand in that; I’m 99% sure I have less than three grand in mods to my little 5-lugger...

    • Stereo system (Head unit, speakers, powered sub, amp, backup camera; like $800)
    • Window tint ($160)
    • Wet Okole seat cover ($300...?)
    • Weathertech rainguards ($60)
    • Weathertech bug deflector ($60)
    • Weathertech floor liners ($100...?)
    • Wheel skins ($60 for skins; painted by my uncle for free)
    • Toywerx grille ($315)
    • Intermittent wipers ($150 for parts and install)
    • Ellis Precision billet gear selector knob ($80)
    • Meso Customs Gasshole ($20)
    • Hella dual-note horns ($20...)
All serve a purpose in my opinion...

Uh... I took driver's ed though Sears... Are you calling me old. I'm only 36, so 21 years ago, this was a pretty common thing.

Me too. Our Sears had a fleet of Camaros for driver's ed. I usually got stuck with the Grand-Am.

I took lessons in 2009 Pontiac Vibe; The car was only a year old at the time and it already had like 90K miles on it!

I got driving lessons primarily from my parents, but also through a driving school in late 2010. My instructor taught Alicia Beth Moore, better known as the singer Pink, how to drive! I took the DMV exam in my Tacoma in May 2011.

The driving school I used was founded back in the 1970s and was one of the first in the Philadelphia area to have air-conditioned cars. My dad was living in LA at the time he got his license and took lessons through the high school; He took lessons in a Datsun B210 that had an automatic transmission but no A/C. He took his actual test in my grandpa’s Cadillac Calais that had accident damage (and a non-functioning turn signal as a result) and had to use hand signals in place of the blinker!
