Took the windows out of the camper shell, going to sand off the peeling clear coat and rough up the base coat before I hand it over for painting.

Bought new clutch and brake pedal covers off rockauto and also got my new heater core in today as well. Will do the heater core this weekend but went ahead and put in the pedal covers. E9C31D12-F9E0-4022-BC45-20971CD423A2.jpg

[IMG] Ignore the fact I put it down as the 01, but it looks like the 02 needs cats (graphing them shows the o2 responding as fast as the a/f.) Oh well. Guess it’s getting my old cats and the old man just owes me new ones when mines ready for them.

You do know that the 14wa calipers need to be machined 3mm off the face of the ear first right?

I dont know for certain how the 14wa calipers' brake line is setup (almost certain its a flare)

If i need to to bend up some lines and they look like shit ill probably just convert to the banjo bolt style line

Yep. 1 gallon with just enough left to fill in the couple thin spots I found over the last few days.

It's home made design. I had a kinda janky adaptation using the Yakima crossbars mounted in the bed with clamps but I couldn't close the tailgate with bikes loaded and the crossbars were always in the way of using the bed for other things without having to get in and lift stuff up and over so this solves both problems. The rear crossbar is quick to remove without tools via two T-pins and the front part and both the rear bar anchors are removable with a 5mm hex only. I just keep one in the truck for the chance that I have to remove it completely while away from home.

I am ok with fade as long as it is still durable. Everything on this truck has faded.

I looked into that along with a couple others and the reviews were not so good. possibly because of the requirements for application, etc, but plenty of disappointed customers. For $60 vs $350+ I am not going to complain if it's not as deep black as it is right now, especially since I didn't have to mask the entire truck and half my garage from overspray.

Dressed up and lightly lubed my lockouts:

Also replaced some vacuum lines. Here is the one that looked the worst. Most of the ones I replaced were just hard as rocks. Salvage yard scrounges for replacements.
