Local liquor store posted they had Heady Topper and Focal Banger in stock so I rushed over and tried to grab them, since I've never had them. Was able to grab Heady, so, whatever. Definitely a hyped beer that was a "meh" for me. Wanted to grab something else and they had crowlers from Bottle Logic. I was debating the hazy IPAs they had and couldn't do the price tag, so I grabbed a white stout without reading the description. Turned out it was Banana and maple. Definitely liked this one.

The only thing that would get me is drinking 32oz of something like that, but at least stouts can be enjoyed cold to room temp, like Coach Steve prefers.

Anyone ever order beer online and have it delivered? If so what site did you order from?

I'll check them out. I wonder how fresh IPAs would be. I see kona beers locally but they are all 6months old.

I know since all this craziness has started, Burial and Hi Wire out of Asheville will ship nationwide. I’m only a couple hours from there and shipping was crazy high due to signature required delivery.

I checked out Tavour once. Once. It is crazy expensive too. I’d say any way about it, getting beer shipped is going to be pricey.

Having said that, I went and placed an order from Burial. I’m just doing my part in making sure they are still around when we get through this craziness.

Got two bottles of their Stout release this week and a dry hopped kolsch. I went through a weird spell of not wanting the high abv stuff, but I am ready to be hurt again by now lol.

Ordered like all SoCal beers haha. You probably faired decent on shipping. I would have probably had to ship it in a large flat rate which would have cost $25 too. Beer prices are all about what I’d pay too so overall not bad

Unfortunately, legal beer shipping is state by state and not nationwide yet.

I ordered stuff from Burial and Jackie O’s, but neither offered shipping straight to GA. I had to have them shipped to my sister in VA... And I really hope she can still travel (and mule my beer!) when she plans to come down for our mom’s birthday in May!

I am actually looking at some Jackie-O’s now. They’re online selection isn’t great, but they have plenty of sours.

Not gonna lie, I like being able to pre-order a release from Burial and have it delivered. I know they aren’t that far from me, but it’s much more convenient!

They just released a bunch of stouts and barleywines for their Bwizzle Day this pat tuesday and I bet their stock is pretty low. I did check and they can only ship to Washington DC, Alaska, Ohio, and Virginia.

And yeah, I don’t blame you for getting Burial shipped! I’d gladly pay shipping not to drive down to Atl for special releases!

This Sam Smith Organic Chocolate milk stout is kinda pricey around here. About 12 bucks for a 4 pack, but darn its good. 20200409_192340.jpg
