Install was simple, Everything is plug and play. I had a hiccup on running the cables from back to front as I usually do. In this case one of the plugs didn’t fit through the under cab grommet hole into the cab. Make sure to run that harness front to back. All in all, about 1hr.

Dear owner of a 3rd gen MGM dcsb with a color matched camper whom was driving on hwy 16 thru Gorst to Port Orchard, when you downshifted tryna show off instead of 4th I think you hit 2nd causing your wheels to lock up and do a 180 and damn near collide with me. I hope you took my kind words of wisdom and made it home safely.

Where did you buy this grill? I wonder if it works with the safety sense on the 2020’s.

Not with you on the doing that without thing but I'm right there with you on the rest of it. I prefer doing my own. Gets me under the truck at every 5k to do it and while there it prompts me to take a look around since I'm there anyway.
Going to places like (fictitious name) Spiffy Lube just ain't happening.

False. If you pull the seats, the headliner will come out through the back doors. It's a tight fit, but it will come out.

Personally, I found deadening the doors to be more tedious and troublesome than the roof. I did the job over the course of several weeks so I could see (hear) how much of a difference each zone makes. Bottom line is, if you've done all the other areas, you really should do the roof. It made a noticeable difference. Also, get some adhesive bulb type wearherstrip for the bottom edge of the doors. Its amazing how much wind noise you get down there, and it also keep dirt from migrating up between the doors and the body.

It’s actually a new option they’ve got out, you may be able to throw a coat on yourself though

I received a Tyger roll-up tonneau from Amazon last night (had been ordered about a week ago, and was saying delivery between Apr 9-22). Install completed last night - took about 15-20 minutes. I used the gasket on the tailgate vs the head of the bed for now - as there was a decent gap between the cover and the tailgate.

Thanks for the tip on the door weatherstrip, I'll get some of that soon. Yeah, I've been thinking the same thing about the roof, kind of half-done with that big slab of metal right above your head resonating like a steel drum. Cool. Next on the list. Do you have any tips or discoveries when taking it apart? Are there any particularly challenging spots?
There aren't too many youtube vids about it.

Right on, thanks. I have my box of assorted clips, and my trim removal kit. I still have enough Noico foam, I would just need another 18 sqft box of deadener. Gonna be home for a while anyway...

Edit: Same question, any tips or discoveries made while doing it that would be helpful to know about?

This isn't the right place, but I'm going to vent anyways. I really abhor customer support systems that ask you what your issue is > you enter it > we can't find a solution! contact us? > yes > what is your issue? > enter it again > entering chat > Hi! I'm Billy Bob, what can I help you with today? >:confused::mad:
