Just went to the grocery store. Everybody wearing masks and staying a safe distance. Then I get out to the truck and a couple comes right up to me asking about my RTT. I guess they didn't get the memo.

 

A few years ago I had a horrible boss who took over my small little team and she hated my guts. All her feedback was passive aggressive and I just came across this little gem of hers.

"In Tiffany's effort to assist the team and her commitment to getting the work done she sometimes takes too much on her plate. This coming year we will work together to ensure Tiffany's tasks are not too numerous and allow other team members opportunities to take on more challenging work."

Every couple yrs our sops need to be reviewed and what not , which I understand for osha . What I don’t get they try to get to operators to review and see if any changes need to be made .. that’s not our damn job! I’m not even sure that’s legal to have some one changing procedures on their our job their working!! Ok done
