I use one like this but move it by the hose so I dont have to crawl under. Works well as long as the ends are covered from dirt falling on the rotating spots.

Here is one Kent got me to using. I usually buy a 5 lb log of boars head garlic bologna. Any will work but that’s my favorite. Score it in a pretty diamond pattern. Then I smoke it for about an hour at 225, just long enough the scores start to open. Then start brushing on the mustard “glaze”

    1 cup yellow mustard
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tbs Franks red hot
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

Brush every 20-30 minutes for 2 hours. Let it cool and slice thick for sandwiches.

That's awesome sounding. Im the only one here who like bologna though. I often do a mustard base coat on my pulled pork. Frank's Red hot one of my favs. Pretty much love all that. Thanks!

Ya so was I. Damn good show. The only reason they cancelled it was it cost them too much to make. So they got rid of it to find some lame crap.

Started from the beginning again today. :)
