I went to their site and placed an order for a diy bumper and haven't heard anything from them. I'm guessing they're not working because of the virus (which is totally understandable) but I was hoping someone on here might have more insight on the matter.

Thanks for the replies. I'm also not good at sending emails. But I'm sure this will get sorted out.

So what's up now? OP did you get an order # when you placed your order. We are up and running and still getting stuff out the door. 21 pallets went out this week.

OP what are you needing? When did you placed your order?

I submitted the order on Saturday and it said it there was a 4 to 8 week wait time but I haven't got any sort of confirmation that they have started processing the order. With the virus situation I was wondering if they are allowed to be working. That is my biggest concern.

We are working. Your order # you received is your confirmation. It is processed as soon as you place the order. A build sheet is printed out into the book and then set into the schedule.

Is there some sort of confirmation from the website or something that you would like other than receiving an order #?

I head up the forum activity for SOS and our vendor sub forum is one of the most active. You can always hop over there and reach out or shoot an email etc.

This is great to hear and thanks for the reply.
I was just making sure that you're up and running and can't wait to start putting together the bumper. With the way things are right now I was a little concerned that I might be waiting awhile for my order. (Definitely not any fault of yours) I did get an order number. Thanks again everyone for the replies and I'll post up some pictures when I get it together.

Yeah man not a problem. I know some of our competitors are shut down and that sucks.

It's all good on my end now and normally I wouldn't have thought twice about any of this but this damn virus has everything screwed up. I just wasn't sure how it would affect you guys. I think this thread is a great example of a stand up company with excellent customer service. Thanks again for the help and replies.

Yeah not a problem. The first tag of @SOS CONCEPTS is Eddy the owner and he doesn't really ever get on the forum anymore, this is my job now.
