Just head to a few threads that are chatty, like the "What have you done to your 2nd Gen Today" and the "New England BS" thread and hand out for an hour or so and over the next day or two you will easily be at 50 then you can post again. Simple. Or just surf the new posts section and welcome a few other new members.....

I understand there are some folks here looking for a short bed cap. This looks interesting. I unfortunately have a long bed. But if you Line-X this thing the hole could be patched easily:

I actually saw those earlier today. Had there been no pandemic and they were in MA instead of PA I would have grabbed them just to flip em. There’s easily $400 profit in em.

EDIT:

Yes flipping is bad if you use the forum and get a deal as a hookup, but FB / CL is fair game as far as I’m concerned.

 

@jowybyo . I know the above is for a long bed, but since you're having such a hard time I thought I'd throw this out there from looking at this cap - what about cutting it to size? Wipe off whatever you spit on your computer from my seemingly stupid suggestion and hear me out. Look at the above cap. It looks to be 3 sub assemblies - the top/sides, and the front and back. What if you removed the trim piece that goes around the back, remove the back, cut to size and re attach the back? If it's put together with pop rivets it should be doable. Spot welds not so much. If that doesn't sound too crazy, it at least means you can go look at long bed caps local to you and see if this would work.

That box truck. I have sooooo many ideas with that. Although it would require a crap load of work. And it's hard to tell but I think I see some bad rust.
