What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Installed the 4x innovations front skid. Holy hell that was a job. Now on ECGS trying to figure out how to order new diffs with 4:56’s

 

Is there one this has been done before ? I’m curious now. I could never do it but I’d love to see it done.

Takes real stones to do this , That should take care of ground clearance issues

 

Could you expand on why this was a he'll of a job? I'm thinking if replacing mine and was considering the 4x brand.

 

Because I was on my back under the truck with no jack lol. Trying to hold it up slide it around and get the bolts in not fun.

 

Literally haven't started it since I got the truck 8 months ago...decided to clean her and go for a ride. Best way to beat the hottest day of the year so far!

Hopped on the washed engine bay train. This pollen is insane this year, my hood is covered and I washed my truck a few hours ago

 

Finally got my exhaust rerouted around Tcase. I've had the skid for a year. I'm a bit worried about melting the actuator. I'm definitely going to wrap the pipe.

Good choice with Griots, I started using their products last year, very impressed. I upgraded from a Porter Cable to the G9, fantastic! I still have alot of Adams Products which I also like, but I noticed their bottles getting smaller but not the prices. You won't be disappointed with Griots. Have fun!
