    Anyone have experence ordering a custom grill from customcargrills.com? They Look really nice imho and worth a look.. What you guys think?

    Welcome to the forum. If you go with a metal grille and live in a cold climate beware that some people have had the plastic surround crack. There’s several threads around here that address it.

    I think theirs are aluminum and are pretty light

    Aluminum expands and shrinks more than steel. Would be more of an issue for the surround cracking then.

    it's not the contracting that causes cracking, it's the sheer weight of the steel grilles that causes issues

    I've seen them break in the summer as well, but winter is definitely worse.

    I dont have a complete grille from them, but I did order some of their perforated and wire sheets. Quality is top knotch.
