Depression is a bitch. All the money, love and fame in the world can't fill the void when that void is rooted in depression, addiction, mental illness etc. Was a sad couple of years a few years back when we lost Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots), Chris Cornell and Chester in ~ 2 years time.

Rage is supposedly making a comeback I thought, heard they were going to tour this summer but that's probably up in the air now with everything going on

Well said. People with a disability or cancer or something are one thing - but mental illness is a whole other ballgame. Most of the time nobody around you can see it well enough to offer help.

Yeah fo sho, those are classics too. I saw your post yesterday or other day about soundgarden, so I figured you had found the hits already. And just in case fell on black days wasn't a hit:D
I still remember first time I heard song Sober by Tool. I think it was 9th grade. Don't think I was in high school yet. So different from anything else.
Remember the 'hidden track' at the end of that album??:rofl:
"This (*noise of shotgun pumps and cocks) is (*noise of shotgun firing) necessary"
"Life feeds on life, feeds on life, feeds on...(then repeats the this is necessary part with shotgun lol:rofl:)
Hidden tracks at end of CDs were the rage when I was in Jr high and high school:D

I do remember that hidden track from Tool though!

I thank my cousin for getting me into the band decades ago.

Same cousin I had gone to see Tool with after my second tour of Iraq; the redbull vodka days...god damn how am I still alive today :anonymous:

"And I begged Angel of the Lord what are these tortured screams?
And the angel said unto me
These are the cries of the carrots, the cries of the carrots!
    You see, Reverend Maynard
Tomorrow is harvest day and to them it is the holocaust"

That hidden track is creepy AF haha

Tool has always claimed that drugs/psychedelics were never part of their music or writing process, but their lyrics, sound and album artwork + live must shows strongly suggest otherwise lol

Maynard owns a big winery/vineyard in AZ, I got a bottle once and it's good stuff if you like wine

You know how long it took me to find that emblem haha. It’s rare as balls. I imported it from Japan.

There are some people you just wish you could avoid.

This guy is the epitome of Santa Cruz/Aptos people; so fucking condescending....
