What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Installed the KB VooDoo hi-rise bars and yakima cargo basket over my BakFlip MX4 bed cover.

pretty excited how it turned out. There is plenty of room to slide the basket over a few inches to the right and install a bike mount to the left of the rack next to the basket.

now I can keep my important items dry and clean with the cover on while towing the trailer and the generator in the basket or other items that won’t fit the bed with the cover on

 

The headlights on the Tacoma are taken apart, painted, new projector, drl and halo. Then reassembled. Hope this is what you need? If not PM me and I'll help the best I can.

Finally found a use for the cargo net, no drilling and no removal of screws

 

Just took a drive with my new OEM roof rack, I put the bars going across and wow there is hum coming from the roof... I quick put the bars back to the sides and no noise. Glad the bars can be tucked into the sides of the rack.

 

Threw on some Diode S3 and headlights

 

Niceee thanks. I have a 2017 DCLB AT as well. All I really want to do is to change the DRL to Amber but painting the interior black looks really good. What did you use to paint the interior? Also did you just change the drl or did you paint or use some plastic cover. How hard would this be for an average person to do?
How did you get those pods on your side mirrors? Are they just as bright as putting on ditch lights?

 

I had my headlights made since I don't have an oven or the talent. The DRL'S are switchback. White while driving and amber turns. Here is a link if you want to try it yourself.

The ultimate mirrors are also designed by Meso. I just copied his design. They are not as bright as regular ditch lights but good enough for me.

I haven't seen those headlights before, any chance you could post a link? Been searching for a while for something I like and I dig those.

I didn't. I dont have an oven or the talent for this. Had them made but got regular updates.

 

They seem solid. Just put em on today so can’t really give a good review but I like the looks of em so far

 

Brite Box Installed today. Like a 10 minute install. I have the box mounted on my fuse cover temporarily. It should be mounted up to keep any moisture out. Pics before It gets dark. Top pic is with lows on. Bottom is with all three on.
