Interesting mix. You expect those to drop In the next 6 months? I didn’t think any of those were down too much at the moment. If BA gets back to 100 I’ll happily throw my cancelled Vegas trip money at it.

I do think it will drop pretty hard again. They are all going up right now except Amazon and jnj. I think earnings will be interesting. I'm one of the negative sky is falling chicken littles hopeing it does so I can add to my portfolio. From a I need to eat standpoint I sure as hell hope I'm wrong and it doesn't LOL!!

I am looking for an industrial to round that out and diversify it a bit more.

I tend to be bullish, but the thing nobody’s talking about is that business to business sales folks are severely hampered right now, and a lot of companies are seemingly leary of adding new spend until they see where this all lands.

Because his impacts the sales pipeline, I think will have a delayed impact on earnings well past when folks come out of their caves. My guess is also that we'llsee another drop at some point.

For industrials, look at CAT and MMM. They’re bouncing around like everything else but more stable over the long run. And great deals now.

I just see the georgia state patrol sitting all along the interstate now. Like 1 every couple miles in atlanta. Haven't even seen one with anybody pulled over.
Also I heard from a somewhat reliable source the police for the county I live in where told to find somewhere and park and only respond to anything if they get a call so they have minimal contact with people.

Also today a game warden pulled up while I was fishing and didnt even ask to check my liscense. Just talked with him for a while about fishing and turkey hunting.

My neighbors a cop and he said they wont get out of the car unless there is a bloody murder in progress. He said nows the time to deal drugs and speed inside towns LOL!! He said if he gets exposed hes quarentined for 2 weeks AT WORK, so he said f that and hes not breaking up any crowds of people or anything like that.

I saw the same thing on my drive down the highway last time I was out state police sitting everywhere, but not really doing anything.

I plan on getting a cruise in if possible as well.

Wife was saying the same thing, she was asking me if the state opened some stuff back up since there was a lot going in to work this morning for her. I'm on the 4p-2a schedule so I don't have any traffic in both directions haha

not saying the fall is cheap but yeah, a week in southern Maine and northern Maine in the summer with kids is a small fortune for most visitors. It’s what the state survives on really.

the problem is the market shocks come from when a sales figure is unexpected. Like March, they predicted x for sales and then had nowhere near that. So that is what impacted the stock prices (though, only during, because at the end when sales figures were released, it was expected to be way lower).

the thing is everyone is going in with these very low sales expectations and then at the end of the month or quarter, there’s no surprise. The markets won’t react to unsurprising sales figures even if they are lower.

I’ve seen a lot of that too. And parked on the highway with their red (ri state police use red lights) lights on solid so that they’re seen way ahead of time. That’s not normal either. Basically so that their presence is seen but they don’t want to be doing a lot of stuff.

game wardens must be bored too. Has your state lifted fishing license requirements? Maine did, or something to that effect, so people could go out and fish without a license right now.

I don't think GA has lifted the license requirement - but it's all of $15 and you can get the license online in five minutes, so not really much reason to lift the requirement. Doesn't mean they're bothering to enforce it though, so it may effectively be moot.

I mean the us has 5x the population. 60 million vs 300 there abouts. Yeah it doesn’t surprise me more people died in the us from it than Italy. I’d be surprised if it was the opposite actually.

Actually I read where we have close to the same amount of deaths as Italy, but here’s the fine print, Italy has like 100k confirmed cases.. America has 500k confirmed cases! Seems like much better odds in America, but the mainstream media doesn’t want you to know that shit

It’s getting close to this year’s flu deaths, not quite there yet though. It will probably pass it.

They are also leaving out the people who they refuse to test. I have a friend who was knocked down with all the symptoms and they refused to test him or even allow him at the doctors office. Something fishy is going on....

I was reading an interesting stat that they estimated italy had 5 cases for evrey one officially counted and they were closet to herd immunity than they thought.

    I don’t think it’s fishy. I think it’s just ineptitude.

I am on site at work now full time as of this week. I looked into if I’d be able to get a test because it would be good to know. There’s a questionnaire and if you aren’t in healthcare or directly exposed to a known case then tough you aren’t getting tested. Whether you’re showing symptoms or not.

That I would agree with. My worry is my fine state stretching this mess out, going scorched earth on the economy and making it way worse so the feds can bailout 50+yrs of financial mismanagement as it was on the brink of collapse pre pandemic.
