Thanks to the owners and moderators and whomever else is making this a success. I've been playing on the webs for years and have seen plenty of old-school forums like this be corrupted by ads and ruined. It seems like Facebook is alive and well but regular old web crawlers like me are out in the cold.

So thank you Tacoma World for still providing something that works without Facebook!!

    Love, John :)

We are having an extended snow season I guess. Another four inches today on top of what hasn't melted yet... 40's tomorrow though. Spring must be coming soon.

This is a great forum, excepting one area that won't be mentioned that is a seemingly non-stop turd flinging fest.

Well, I don't know if it is a turd flinging fest or more like a very dry grassy field.

One little spark and it blazes.

I avoid that area and the rest of the forum is great.

I'm glad this place is alive and well! When I was a teenager, I was a massive Mother/Earthbound fan (the thought of how many hours I've put into those games scares me a bit). I would go onto starmen.net (which was and I suppose still is the primary dedicated Mother series forum) every single day and have tons of content to read through. I fell out of it for a while, but checked back on the forum a few months ago. It was a ghost town compared to what it used to be.

I feel like car forums are more technical than a lot of forums might be, so the forum format just works better than something like Reddit or Facebook.
